Questions
Q: Can I change my username?
A: No, you may only change your password. Your username must remain the same for login security reasons.

Q: Can I change the temporary password I am issued?
A: No, you will only be able to change your permanent login password. You will receive your permanent login information in your emailed welcome letter approximately two days after you join The Oxford Club, as well as in your welcome package approximately seven to 10 days after you join The Oxford Club.

Q: When I try to log in, I receive the error message “Cookies Must be Enabled.”

1.) Click the “Tools” button.
2.) Click “Internet Options.”

Q: Do I have access to every portion of the website?
A: No, you may only log in to a section to which you subscribe. For example, if you have a Communiqué subscription, you will have access to that newsletter’s archives. It would not allow you access to the VIP Trading Services unless you subscribe to these services individually. Chairman’s Circle Members, though, can log in to every portion of the site, as well as then click on the plaque that says “Chairman’s Circle.”

Q: How do I change my password?
A: If you would like to change your password, you will have to call Member Services at 800.992.0205 or 443.353.4056 and they can change it in our system for you.

Q: I am using the correct log in information, but I am still unable to log in. What can I do?
A: We have a link now that will walk you through using our website. If you can’t log in with your appropriate username/password, you can mistype your password and then you will see a Video Link. This will walk you through using our site.

Q: Will I need to log in separately to each of the services I subscribe to?
A: Once you log in you will have access to the specific pages you have a subscription to. For instance, if you only subscribe to The Oxford Income Letter and Lightning Trend Trader, you will be able to see all pages related to those subscriptions, but you will not be able to log into The Momentum Alert page. Once you are on the site, though, you can access every subscription you have without having to re-enter your username/password for each page.
