The Oxford Club is seeking an ambitious individual to join us as a Research Associate. The role will require someone who has a desire to learn as they provide research support to our editorial and marketing staff. Some of your responsibilities will be writing articles and research reports, data entry, tracking trends, handling high level customer service calls and emails, and sending out our financial subscriptions electronically

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of Excel.
- Customer service experience in any field.
- HTML experience would be nice, but we can teach you.

Performance Objectives:
- Within 30 days you will know all our front and back end services
- Within 90 days you will be able to broadcast alerts and post to our website with no assistance
- Within 180 days you will have developed a basic skillset on the Bloomberg terminal and have a full understanding of our excel tracking sheets
- By the end of your first year you should be able to write research reports/articles with little help from senior team members
