Welcome to The VIPER Alert

Transcript

I’ve been focused on targeting anomalies in the market for the better part of a decade. Zeroing in on mainly undervalued small cap stocks. And I’ve had great success doing so… Posting the highest gain ever in the Oxford Club’s history in 2013 and topping that again in 2015.

Which gives credence to the approaches I’ve developed over the last several years.

I love small cap stocks and have been working to build another investment system to complement those I already use and have in place. I wanted growth and momentum, but wanted to be able to find shares of companies undervalued in regard to their future potential.

So I built a system that focuses on five pieces: Value, Income, Price, Earnings and Revenue.

And I actually ended up building a new metric to value stocks – the VIPER Ratio.

Over the past year, I’ve been tweaking and testing and perfecting the VIPER System. Putting my own money to work and then using back-testing over the longer term to research ideas further.

The original version of the VIPER System worked pretty well. It was outperforming the markets and, over the past decade, returned a gain of 437.8% in back tests.

But in trading and tracking the recommendations, I started to notice and learn some very important lessons…

One was that even though all the companies shared the same positive metrics, some performed better. And I realized there was an important relationship between two metrics at play. This became the basis of the VIPER Ratio.

When I applied this ratio – a specific range – to the back test, it more than doubled the performance of the system over the past 10 years. The return jumped from 437.6% to 892.08%.

So, what we’re going to focus on here is undervalued, small cap growth companies that have a VIPER Ratio in a specific range.

Now, because of the way it picks and screens companies, the vast majority of the recommendations will come from only a handful of sectors. These mainly will be technology, services and healthcare, as well as biotechs from time to time.

To get started, all you need is a brokerage account, to go to the portfolio page for The VIPER Alert at OxfordClub.com and to look at the most recent issue of The VIPER Alert.

Now, if you’re wondering what to buy right now, remember every stock rated a “Buy” has exceeded my criteria for selection in our portfolio.

No one stock is better than the others. So, don’t try to cherry-pick. Because any or all are worth adding to your portfolio based on your investment needs.

Also, you can look forward to new recommendation in the days and weeks ahead.

Stay tuned to my next video, where I’ll tell you more about what you can expect from The VIPER Alert.
