Welcome! In this video, we’ll be showing you how to access the subscriptions within your Oxford Club Memberships.
After you have logged in, you will be taken to your customizable profile. In the center of this page, you will have access to the newsletters and services for which you are a member.
As an example, let’s explore some of the items within The Oxford Resource Explorer subscription. If you click on the Oxford Resource Explorer icon, a drop-down menu will appear. To access the most recent monthly issue, click “Issues.” To read the latest developments, click on the title of the newsletter you wish to read. This command will take you to a reader-friendly page.
To review any of the other items available to you in your membership, click the “back button” or your profile icon on the left side of the webpage. Remember, your profile is the central hub for your account. You can always return here to access the latest updates within the portfolios and the most recent reports.
Another way to access the reports within your membership, simply click the “My Reports” tab on the left-side of the page. The reports associated with any of your subscriptions or trading services will always be right here for your convenience.
Should you ever wish to update any of the information on your profile, click the “My Profile” tab on the left side of the page. Here, you can request to change your address, change your email, update your username and password and contact us for support. Your profile also features a “chat” function for you to contact and speak to our Member Services team at any time.
