Hi, My name Is Hugh Dale, I am the head of a multigenerational private oil and gas company in Grantsville WV, called Drilco Oil and Gas Corporation. We have a Private Placement or (PPM) of a 506(c) regulation D offing that we are marketing to Accredited investors. Drilco 2016 1H Drilling Program, LLC is seeking to raise up to $30,000,000 through the sale of between 13 to 300 units at $100,000 each for an Oil and Gas Drilling Program that if fully funded will consist of a planned 10 Vertical and 10 Horizontal Wells through multiple oil and gas producing zones. Each of the wells will be drilled on PUD locations on various leaseholds held by Drilco Oil & Gas Corp. in the State of West Virginia. The main objective of this drilling program is to bring into production 20 new oil and natural gas wells, and to provide quarterly cash disbursements to the investors upon the well’s being put into production from the sales of the crude oil and natural gas produced. An 85-90% write-off of the investor’s capital is possible due to intangible drilling costs. Also, depletion allowance of 15% means that only 85% of the income for the partnership is taxed.
