Your first stop if you have questions about The Oxford Clubroom.

Why can’t I see or hear anything?

If the livestream session has begun and you are unable to see or hear the host, try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work, try the additional steps found on this page. If you finish that checklist and you’re still experiencing issues, please click the “Mods” tab in the chatroom to start a private conversation with a moderator. That will help keep our main chat focused on the day’s topic.

How do I access the recording of a session?

What is the Clubroom?

The Clubroom is livestreaming and chat platform that gives Members the chance to interact with strategists, experts and fellow Members like never before. During these live sessions, Members can ask the host questions at any time.

How do I sign up for the Clubroom?

The Clubroom is not a standalone publication or service. It is included with any paid Oxford Club subscription.

When is the next Clubroom session?

The next session will be displayed in the Schedule section on the main Livestream page.

Why is the chat feature not working?

The chat room will be open only during our scheduled sessions. We will open the chat a few minutes before a session begins – and will close it a few minutes after a session ends.

Why does the video display say that “the stream is offline?

The video will display only during livestream sessions. If the screen still says “offline” when a session is live – and there are no reported problems in the Clubroom chat – please refresh your browser. If you’re still not seeing a video, go into the “Mods” tab and message a moderator for assistance.

What internet browser should I use?

For best results, we recommend using Chrome to participate in Clubroom sessions.

How do I turn on closed captions?

Each browser is slightly different, but you can generally find the option to turn on captions in the accessibility menu, which can be found in your browser settings.
