Nikki Roeill, Member Loyalty Specialist, joined The Oxford Club in 2018 as the Club’s Member Experience Coordinator, working to streamline the organizational structures for both internal and external communications.
Since her transition, she is now heavily focused on the enhancement of The Oxford Club’s Member Experience entirely. This includes project management in relation to our brand identity and exposure. She is working to expand The Oxford Club’s external sponsors, partnerships, Member resources, benefits and optimizing processes in order to meet the needs for each of our Members.
Nikki comes from a background in corporate and non-profit communications, with experience in account management, journalism and event coordination. As a New York native, Nikki made her way to Baltimore, Maryland after graduating from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a minor in media studies.
